In general businesses are not in the business of providing info unless it profits them, and then only that info that leads to some kind of payoff. Of course you know this. If either W-M or HD has a branch in Holland, you might try going through its local aparatus to see if someone there would help you in connecting with the right person or people in their U.S. headquarters.
