employee participation

Hi,

I`am a student in the Netherlands, writing my thesis on Employee participation. In many different ways. At the moment I am particularly interested in how American companies like Wall-mart and Home depot introduced such a plan. May be it is possible to get a example from them but I found out that it is hard to get to talk to the right people in these big companies. May be you could help me out with something? At the moment I am finding out which laws are applicable in the European countries and I will be glad to send you my findings.

With best regards,

Coen Zijerveld
