Dear EO National group:

        Attached is my first effort at reporting the efforts of this discussion 
group. I look forward to any comments, criticisms, etc. on it, especially 
suggestions of concrete actions you believe we must do to move COG's mission 
forward.

        Please note that I've been sending emails asking short questions to get 
your responses on employee ownership best practices. If you have other thoughts 
on relevant questions or directions COG should go, particularly regarding the 
EO National discussion, please email the group or me about them.
