Some days ago, I forwarded a message about
President Bush "Ownership Society". It was just before the "State of the
Union" speech.
This is now an opinion from the NCEO after Bush's
speech:

Ownership
Despite all the rhetoric about an “ownership society,” the
Bush Administration has ignored employee ownership. Even when the President
spoke at Springfield ReManufacturing Company, one of the most notable of
employee ownership companies, he didn’t say anything about the idea. The phrase
nonetheless creates an opening for employee ownership advocates to press the
