EFES: Paper by Pichot in COG library in French and English

The excellent paper by Evelyne Pichot "Le statut de Societe Europeenne
et la participation des salaries" presented in The Hague in April at the
Third European Meeting Of Employee Share Ownership is now in the COG 
library in both the French original and in English translation as "The
European Company Statute and employee participation"
