Let's remember that the European Parliament voted an excellent Resolution
in 1998. This Resolution asked to the European Commission a lot of practical,
concrete, realistic actions. EFES took this Resolution as the basis of her own
EUROPEAN ACTION PROGRAMME in 1999.
This action programme asks particularly to the European Commission:
- to set up a standing working party;
- a European programme with adequate financial resources;
- creation of a European institute for
financial participation.
Couldn't we expect from the European Commission that she takes the
Resolution of the European Parliament and EFES European Action Programme as the
basis for her future work? What do you think?
