COG Seeking your assistance to complete world-wide employee ownership laws and policies matrix (PEPPER MATRIX)

Dear COG Participants:

We have created a matrix outlining features of employee ownership laws and
policies around the globe, as a general reference. Please look at the
matrix at  http//:cog.kent.edu/nationalmatrix.htm
and send us your comments and corrections. In addition to the factual data
in the tables, we would like your comments in email to the COG discussion
group on best and worst national practices at EOnation@cog.kent.edu.
Which of these laws or policies has worked especially well or poorly? This
is intended as an interactive project, regularly updated by participants
from the countries involved. We request your particpation.

We are directing all responses to this matrix request to everyone on the
EONation listserv, so that the discussion group can consider multiple
perspectives on similar facts and issues.

We also seek your comments on appropriate means to evaluate and edit new
data which comes from sources unfamiliar to us. We will post on the matrix
data we receive. Where there is a disagreement about facutal accuracy
expressed within the discussion group, we will utilize the discussion group
to locate a definitive source.

The initial entries are taken from similar matrices published in a 1996-97
Report to the Commission of European Communities called PEPPER II
(Promotion of Participation by Employed Persons in Profits and Enterprise

Official Puiblications of the European Communities, Catalogue No.
